How MS works / Fulfilment
Choose the work. Pick the goods. Prepare the parcels.
Orders from connected sales channels feed into MS, where the dispatch team can find and organise the work to fulfil. Search by product, sales source, courier, status and other criteria to select the orders or consignments needed for the task.

around your orders.
A consignment is the goods being prepared for shipment together. Where orders can be combined, staff can bring their goods into one consignment. Where many orders contain the same product, staff can organise a run for repeated packing work.
Picking runs are optional. When useful, a picking list brings the quantities together by product and location, so staff can collect goods for several orders on one warehouse run. Product images help staff recognise goods; barcode checks support picking and packing confirmation.
As parcels are completed and eligible for shipment, Packing requests courier labels and selected paperwork. Printing handles the configured label route and document output through the shared printing station. Staff carry out the physical picking, packing and courier handover; MS's marketplace processes handle eligible dispatch and tracking updates.
