Fulfilment / Warehouse picking
Collect the totals needed across orders.
If one order needs two of product A, another needs two of product B, and a third needs another two of product A, it is easier to collect four A and two B together. An optional picking run brings those requirements into a list grouped by SKU and stock location, ordered by warehouse area, bay and bin.
The actual picking list groups by SKU and location.
How it works
The picking view includes product images, titles, notes and quantities. Staff can work through allocated units and use supported barcode checks to confirm picking. A pick sheet can be saved as a PDF or sent to the shared printing station.
Picking remains a physical staff activity. Preparing or printing the list does not mark all its goods as picked; staff record the units they have actually collected. When a product is allocated from more than one location, the location-specific requirements remain visible.
