The MS modules
Printing
Serve labels and documents to the right printers.
Printing acts as a shared print spooler, serving requests from potentially many users to attached printers. It handles courier labels, till receipts, invoices and other supported documents, as well as configured shipping-label and carrier-export workflows.

Receives requests from Sales and Packing and uses Courier Management's service definitions. Central print stations simplify printer setup for the staff using the other modules.
Many users. The right printers.
MS Printing receives requests from users and serves labels, receipts and documents through configured printing stations.

- Print invoices
- Print till receipts
- Print delivery notes
- Print picking lists
- Print box identification labels
Printing retrieves generated invoice and delivery-note PDFs, receipt images, pick-list PDFs and parcel-identification labels. Each document uses the requesting user's configured station and the station's selected printer for that output type.
Functions in this topic
Print invoices
Retrieve existing invoice PDFs and send them to the selected invoice printer.
Print till receipts
Retrieve generated receipt images and scale them for the receipt printer.
Print delivery notes
Send generated delivery-note PDFs to their configured printer.
Print picking lists
Retrieve an existing pick-sheet PDF and send it to the station's pick-list printer.
Print box identification labels
Output the existing parcel-identification image through its configured printer.
Files must already have been generated by their producing application. Submitting a print job does not confirm that usable paper has emerged.
PrintingFind and reprint document jobs
Review previous document requests and repeat eligible output.
Find and reprint document jobs
Review previous document requests and repeat eligible output.
Search ordinary print history by document type, reference, user, status and date. Open a selected job's details and request a confirmed reprint through its configured local printer.
Ordinary document reprints are separate from courier-label purchase or resend actions. The printer and original document must remain available.
PrintingReview courier-label work
See what each shipment needs before its label can proceed.
Review courier-label work
See what each shipment needs before its label can proceed.
The courier queue brings together order references, courier, service, tracking, address and label state. Filters and visible states help staff locate outstanding, completed or failed work and choose the available next action for the selected shipment.
Available actions depend on the current route and shipment state. Label state is separate from physical collection and parcel delivery.

Exchange shipment and tracking files with couriers
Use configured CSV workflows alongside direct API label buying.
- Create carrier shipment files
- Append jobs to a shared carrier file
- Import courier tracking replies
- Support untracked services
- Pass tracking to marketplace processing
Build shipment files containing the configured address, service, box, weight and collection information, and pass them to the carrier-software input folder. Import eligible tracking replies from its output folder and pass recorded tracking to the linked orders for later marketplace updates.
Functions in this topic
Create carrier shipment files
Fill the configured carrier format with shipment, recipient, parcel and collection information.
Import courier tracking replies
Match stable reply files to eligible sent requests and record their consignment tracking.
Support untracked services
An accepted reply without a tracking number can be recorded as an untracked service.
Pass tracking to marketplace processing
Update eligible linked orders and request later marketplace transmission.
Carrier formats, folders and external software must be configured. CSV handoff does not by itself confirm a printed label or physical collection.
PrintingCompare rates and buy an Amazon Shipping label
Review the offered carrier service and charge before label purchase.
- Review service rates
- Provide carrier-required information
- Prepare supported off-Amazon shipments
Compare rates and buy an Amazon Shipping label
Review the offered carrier service and charge before label purchase.
- Review service rates
- Provide carrier-required information
- Prepare supported off-Amazon shipments
Retrieve rates for an eligible shipment, review service, charge and delivery-window information, and select the offered quote. Where the carrier requests extra information, complete its input form before confirming the chargeable label purchase and output.
Functions in this topic
Review service rates
Compare returned service, charge and delivery-window information before choosing a quote.
Provide carrier-required information
Complete the additional input form when the chosen carrier quote requires it.
Prepare supported off-Amazon shipments
Build supported external-channel requests from the consignment, order items and recipient details.
The current API integration is Amazon Shipping. Account, service and shipment configuration govern availability; Amazon marketplace requests currently require one used, measured box.
PrintingAutomate eligible API label buying
Use the configured shipping service without repeating routine rate selection.
- Enable carriers and prefer a label format
Automate eligible API label buying
Use the configured shipping service without repeating routine rate selection.
- Enable carriers and prefer a label format
Printing can seek the configured service and buy its offered label automatically when the quote is suitable and needs no further input. Purchased label and tracking information is retained, and eligible order tracking is prepared for marketplace transmission.
Functions in this topic
Enable carriers and prefer a label format
Maintain the offered carrier's enabled state, compatible format preference and printer selection.
This uses the configured service rather than searching for the cheapest carrier. Unsupported services or required inputs need staff attention; label production is separate from physical dispatch.
PrintingPrint and reprint purchased carrier labels
Send the paid label to the configured carrier printer.
- Use supported label formats
- Print an already purchased label
Print and reprint purchased carrier labels
Send the paid label to the configured carrier printer.
- Use supported label formats
- Print an already purchased label
Use the returned PDF, image or supported raw label format for physical output. Staff can print an eligible existing purchased label from the queue without buying a replacement, using the configured carrier-printer mapping.
Functions in this topic
Use supported label formats
Output returned PDF or image labels and supported raw printer data through the appropriate printer.
Print an already purchased label
Reuse an eligible paid label from the queue without buying a replacement shipment.
The printer must support the label's format and resolution. Reprinting an existing label is not purchasing a new shipment; successful submission is separate from checking the paper label.
PrintingPrepare supported hazardous-goods markings
Use recorded product information to assist ancillary parcel marking.
Prepare supported hazardous-goods markings
Use recorded product information to assist ancillary parcel marking.
Printing uses recorded hazardous-content details to identify supported marking cases. It can produce a limited-quantity or class and substance-number mark on a separate or fallback printer, or instruct staff to use preprinted marks.
The product data and physical shipment still need appropriate checking. Marking assistance does not establish carrier acceptance or a complete dangerous-goods compliance decision.
PrintingCorrect a shipment address before dispatch
Amend shared address details while respecting active label work.
Correct a shipment address before dispatch
Amend shared address details while respecting active label work.
Staff can edit street, city, postcode and country details for an undispatched consignment. Printing checks the related parcels and current label work before permitting the correction, and warns when the shared address also appears on dispatched sibling parcels.
Active label work can require cancellation first. Updating a shared record does not change an address already printed on a parcel that has left.
PrintingCancel an eligible shipment before handover
Stop current label work when a parcel is not going.
Cancel an eligible shipment before handover
Stop current label work when a parcel is not going.
The courier queue provides a cancellation action for an undispatched shipment. API cancellation uses the recorded carrier account; local shipment and tracking records are then cleared where eligible. An uncertain carrier result requires staff confirmation.
Dispatched goods cannot use this cancellation route. Carrier cancellation, local record cleanup and any carrier refund are distinct outcomes.
PrintingRecord physical courier collections
Confirm the parcels handed to the driver and update stock.
- Select the handover scope
- Review parcels before collection
- Record handover and remove stock
- Save or print the local manifest
Record physical courier collections
Confirm the parcels handed to the driver and update stock.
- Select the handover scope
- Review parcels before collection
- Record handover and remove stock
- Save or print the local manifest
Preview eligible parcels for a courier collection within an area or branch, resolve the displayed decisions and optionally record the driver's name. On confirmation, Printing records the collection and the shipped units, removing those units from active inventory. View, print or save the resulting local manifest.
Functions in this topic
Select the handover scope
Choose a courier collection for the station's area or whole branch and optionally record the driver.
Review parcels before collection
Inspect eligible parcels and the displayed held-order or awaiting-tracking decisions before confirming the handover.
Record handover and remove stock
Record the actual collection and remove the shipped units from active inventory.
Save or print the local manifest
View the collected order, product and tracking rows, then print or save the completed local manifest.
Staff confirm the actual handover. Buying labels or importing tracking does not record a collection; this local manifest is separate from booking a carrier pickup.
PrintingPlan local collection dates
Use collection dates and configured schedules alongside label work.
Plan local collection dates
Use collection dates and configured schedules alongside label work.
Staff can choose a courier collection date for CSV shipment data. For completed API shipments, local date planning uses branch or courier schedules, cutoffs and non-collection dates to store a proposed collection date.
These dates support local planning and file output. They do not book a pickup, submit a carrier manifest or backdate physical handover.
PrintingResolve interrupted label and tracking work
Follow the appropriate next step when label purchase, output or a tracking reply needs attention.
- Resend an eligible failed CSV request
- Review an Amazon quantity exception
Resolve interrupted label and tracking work
Follow the appropriate next step when label purchase, output or a tracking reply needs attention.
- Resend an eligible failed CSV request
- Review an Amazon quantity exception
Printing distinguishes a known purchased label from uncertain physical output, an uncertain CSV handoff and a request that never started. Where the retained evidence permits, recover the paid label's records without purchasing again, confirm whether the exact output was produced, or requeue eligible unfinished work. A late reply after cancellation requires a decision about whether the parcel actually shipped. Amazon quantity disagreement has its own operator decision before work can continue.
Functions in this topic
Resend an eligible failed CSV request
Use Re-Send after packing and invoice checks, when no earlier attempt is active or has produced a label and the shipment is eligible.
Review an Amazon quantity exception
Approving an eligible quantity disagreement can continue to chargeable label purchase and output or a manual rate choice.
The action depends on the current shipment and evidence. Missing or conflicting paid records can require cancellation or intervention. Physical-output and late-reply confirmations do not themselves print another label or record courier handover. Approving an eligible Amazon quantity exception can proceed to chargeable label purchase/output or manual rate selection. This is not a universal automatic repair or retry promise.
