Fulfilment / Order consolidation
Two orders, one parcel.
A customer buys from your website and also places an eBay order. When those orders are eligible to travel together, your dispatch team can combine their fulfilment into one consignment. Fewer separate parcels can reduce carriage costs and give the customer the convenience of a single delivery.
Two orders. One delivery.
Eligible website and eBay orders for the same customer can travel together in one parcel.
Original orders and invoices retained.

Illustrative example. Staff select compatible orders and prepare the parcel; combining depends on order and consignment eligibility.
How it works
Staff select the relevant work and move eligible outstanding goods into the receiving consignment. The goods retain their original order associations: combining the shipment preserves the separate sales orders and invoices.
Combining depends on the current packing and shipment state, stock branch, and invoice and shipping-charge requirements. Goods already packed or shipped cannot simply be moved into another consignment. This gives staff a practical consolidation tool within the normal fulfilment controls.
